Individual therapy focuses primarily on healing, unburdening and feeling in the context of a safe, supportive, confidential one-on-one relationship. It focuses on processing past experiences, pain, and memories. Other areas of focus could be adjusting to life transitions and change. It also focuses on treating mental health conditions such as depression, complicated bereavement, PTSD, Eating Disorders, anxiety, etc. Depending on what you come in with the process can last 5 sessions or several years.

Group therapy involves one or more psychologists who lead a group of roughly five to 15 clients. Many groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as self esteem, depression, or grief and loss and are powerfully connecting and healing options.
