If this sounds like you, Join Dr. Anna two Wed evenings per month this Fall/Winter in a tailored and empowering mental health program designed for modern women. You may be picturing an awkward circle where you don't know what to say. However, the discomfort quickly falls away and soon you'll look forward to sitting in a circle of amazing women on cozy couches drinking tea and talking from the heart about what matters. Program includes:

  • Two hour and 45 minute workshop/ guided group experiences per month for 6 months

  • A program binder with group handouts to take home, review and keep to revisit

  • Tailored homework challenges for in between sessions to keep you focused and moving forward

  • Membership to a private facebook group for ongoing resources, support and connection to your group members between sessions and after the group is done.

  • Email support during the course for challenges and questions that arise.

The program cost is $125 per month, brining the total program cost to $750. A discount (one group free) is given when payment is made in full up front= $675. The option you have selected is to pay in 4 installments.

Also depending on your plan, you may be able to use your insurance for these group sessions. If you'd like to go that route let me know and we can discuss what’s needed. To start, call your insurance and ask what the out of network reimbursement is for 90791 (initial assessment) and 90853 (group therapy).

Group will be held at Harriet Place (group space pictured) located at 4601 Bryant Ave S during the time frame you select on the Wednesday evenings below.

November: I am tired of not feeling good enough, ever. I am ready to feel deeply worthy. I want to love and accept myself fully.

  • Self Compassion, Self Acceptance

  • Fostering Self Leadership & An Introduction to Parts work

December: I’d like to be nicer to myself in my head and stop the internal beat down.

  • Befriending the critic

  • Strategies for wrangling in negative self talk

January: Life Detox. I want to make room in my life for what is most life giving. I want my life to feel like it’s in alignment with who I really am.

  • Energy Assessment- what’s giving what’s draining. Making room

  • Following Spark- prioritizing play, purpose and fun

February: I am ready to start listening to myself. For my decisions to be clear and self-honoring.

  • Paradigm Shift- Fostering An Inside Out Orientation to Life

  • Intuition, Feelings & Facts: an internal GPS roadmap

March: I want to respect my own boundaries with time, money, food jand other people.

  • Internal Boundaries: keeping promises and holding limits with ourselves

  • External Boundaries: conveying limits, needs and wants with other people

April: I want to be seen and heard. I need strategies for using my voice in ways that work and tools for managing difficult relationships and conversations.

  • Communicating what we want through vulnerability and fear.

  • Communicating what we don’t want. Navigating conflict, challenging conversations, and difficult relationships. I want to learn how to communicate how I feel, what I need, and start asking for what I want in life.
